Current Tenant – In order to better serve you and to assist us in tracking required repairs, we have established a Maintenance Request Form. Please complete this request form when you become aware of a problem and we will receive an automatic e-mail with the request so we can better track the required actions.
For Routine Maintenance Requests – please complete this request and we will contact you with 48 hours to schedule an appoint to have it looked checked. If you haven’t heard from us by then, please call us directly.
For Urgent Requests – requests that need immediate action to be repaired with 24 hours, (example: Air Conditioning/Heater not working, refrigerator not working, water leak that will cause a lot of damage…) please call Matthew at 850-865-6273 immediately
