Rental Application Process
Thank you for your interest in applying for one of our rental properties!
In order to start the application process we request the following items:
– Completely fill in the Tenant Application 2013 including car information and emergency contacts. If you have trouble viewing the Tenant Application, please click the following link to download a free copy of Adobe Reader.
– Copy of Government Issued Photo Identification (Driver’s License, Military ID) for every applicant.
– Most recent paycheck stubs, LES statement, bank statement or tax return to verify income.
– Application processing fee of $35 per application. We recommend using the Paypal link below to expedite the processing of your application.
You can drop these items off at the office ,125 Louise Drive, Crestview, FL 32536, ( the drop box at front door) or scan/email/fax them to us. If you email or fax them to us we will email a PayPal link so you can pay the application fee on line. The application process normally takes one business day as long as all information is provided at time of applying.
Payments must be paid in real funds. This includes cash, money order, cashier’s checks or PayPal link on this web site.
