We've been using Mathew to manage our house in Florida for almost two years now. He had never let us down. He had renters in there quickly, fixed any issues we had that he was able to fix and kept me paid on time ?. He gave me a small heart attack when he called to tell me a few weeks before Christmas to tell me our renters have short notice orders and will be out within the week ? Mathew got in the house and got it cleaned, painted, fixed anything needing to be fixed and have new renters moving in this week. I decided to sell my house and put an offer in on a short sale. Those that have dealt with a short sale know it can be nothing short of a nightmare. Matthew orchestrated a simultaneous close in a very short period of time.
