Our Company

Eagle Realty Professionals, Inc. has a remarkable history of property/investment/asset management and was founded by Beverly Southard, Broker and her husband James Southard in 2005. Having personally purchased, renovated, sold many homes and is currently holding 8 long term rentals, she knows what tenants are looking for and what it takes to get you’re your place rented. Matthew Southard, Realtor has recently joined them. His knowledge of accounting, marketing, and technology is setting the stage for future growth. We currently manage over 50 properties and are ready to take on more and help you with all your rental needs.
